(NYSE: OOMA), a provider of advanced communications services for businesses and consumers, today released financial results for the fiscal fourth quarter and year ended January 31, 2025.Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2025 Financial Highlights:Revenue: Total revenue was $65.1 million, up 6% year-over-year. Subscription and services revenue increased to $60.6 million from $58.0 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024, and was 93% of total revenue, primarily driven by the growth of Ooma Business.Net Income/Loss: GAAP net loss was $0.3 million, or $0.01 per basic and diluted share, compared to GAAP net loss of $3.1 million, or $0.12 per basic and diluted share, in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024.
