The notes will be senior unsecured obligations of Omnicell and will accrue interest payable semiannually at a rate of 1.00% per annum. The company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering to repurchase approximately $391.2 million in cash of its outstanding 0.25% Convertible Senior Notes due 2025 and for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
