JPM rated IPG "neutral" from "overweight," given limited upside to its price target following forecast changes. They stayed "overweight" on OMC due to its higher forecast organic and EPS growth and better new business track record. For IPG, JPM's 2024 estimates were largely unchanged; for 2025, the ratings firm reduced the organic forecast to -0.8% from +1.75%, largely to reflect the Amazon account loss in early September. For OMC, they maintained organic forecasts and raised EPS slightly on better FX and below-the-line items. For Q4, EPS was raised to $2.38 (from $2.35) on the FX benefit. Looking at 2025, EPS was raised to $8.55 (from $8.51) on lower net interest expense as the terms and level of debt reduction from the July and upcoming November transactions are better than anticipated.
