TORONTO, April 01, 2025 BUSINESS WIRE )--Organigram Global Inc. (NASDAQ: OGI) (TSX: OGI), (the "Company" or "Organigram"), Canada's #1 cannabis company by market share, is pleased to announce the acquisition of 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Collective Project Limited ("CPL") for upfront consideration of approximately C$6.2 million, potential milestone payments and potential earnout payments totaling in the aggregate up to C$24M for the twelve-month periods ending September 30, 2025 and September 30, 2026. "The acquisition of Collective Project marks yet another strategic milestone towards Organigram's global leadership ambitions.
