CHICAGO, Oct. 09, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Oil-Dri Corporation of America (NYSE: ODC) today declared quarterly cash dividends of $0.31 per share of the Company’s Common Stock and $0.233 per share of the Company’s Class B Stock and approved a two-for-one stock split in the form of a stock dividend. The quarterly cash dividends will be payable on November 22, 2024 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 8, 2024. Oil-Dri has paid cash dividends continuously each year since 1974 and has increased dividends annually for twenty-one consecutive years. The stock split is subject to stockholder approval of an amendment to the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of Common Stock to accommodate the stock split.
