CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--OFS Credit Company, Inc. (the “Company”) announced today that it intends to issue non-transferable rights to subscribe for up to 1,254,000 shares of the Company’s common stock (the “Offering”) to its stockholders of record (“Record Date Stockholders”) on July 31, 2019 (the “Record Date”). Record Date Stockholders will receive one non-transferable right for each outstanding share of common stock owned on the Record Date. The rights will entitle the holders to purchase one new share of common stock for every two rights held. The estimated subscription price for the common stock offered in the Offering is expected to be between $16.50 and $17.00 per share. The exact subscription price will be determined after the Record Date by the pricing committee of the Company’s Board of Directors and the Company will then file a prospectus with the exact subscription price and other terms of the Offering.The rights will be non-transferable and will not be listed for tra
