March 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Optical Cable Corporation (Nasdaq GM: OCC) ("OCC ® " or the "Company") today announced financial results for its first quarter of fiscal year 2025 ended January 31, 2025 (PRNewsfoto/Optical Cable Corporation) First Quarter 2025 Financial Results Consolidated net sales for the first quarter of fiscal year 2025 increased 6.0% to $15.7 million , compared to $14.9 million for the same period in the prior year. OCC experienced increases in net sales in both its enterprise and specialty markets during the first quarter of fiscal year 2025, compared to the first quarter of fiscal year 2024. The market environment generally improved in the Company's first quarter, with particular strength noted in OCC's military markets. Net sales to customers outside of the United States increased 21.3% and net sales to customers in the United States increased 2.3% in the first quarter of fiscal year 2025, compared to the same period last year.
