CALGARY, Alberta, Dec. 23, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Global Uranium Corp. (CSE: GURN | OTCQB: GURFF | FRA: Q3J ) (the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce it has closed the previously announced non-brokered flow-through private placement (the “ Private Placement ”) for gross proceeds of C$2,450,000 , and flow-through units (the “ FT Units ") at a price of $0.75 per FT Unit. Each FT Unit consists of one flow-through common share (“ FT Share ”) and one-half of one non-flow-through common share (“ Share ”) purchase warrant of the Company (each, a “ Warrant ”) with each whole Warrant entitling the holder to acquire one Share in the capital of the Company (each, a “ Warrant Share ”) at a price of $0.95 per Warrant Share for a period of twenty-four months from the date of issuance. The FT Shares are intended to qualify as “flow through shares” within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada) (the “ Tax Act “).
