The company's Dow Jones segment, which provides news and business information and that includes the Wall Street Journal, Barron's, MarketWatch and Investor's Business Daily, saw a surge in content licensing and digital subscription. Revenue at Dow Jones grew 3% to $15 million, compared with a year ago. News Corp's revenue stood at $2.58 billion in the quarter ended Sept. 30, compared with an estimate of $2.57 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG.
