Berge as the company's deputy general counsel and corporate secretary, and general counsel of NW Natural Gas Company, effective March 3. Berge comes to NW Natural Holdings from the international law firm Baker Botts, where she was a partner. Her practice included extensive rulemaking and advocacy work related to federal and state environmental law and civil litigation.
