The statement comes after Nvidia said it would incur $5.5 billion in costs related to canceled orders for the H20 chip. The first public comment from Nvidia after the H20 restrictions is an indication how Nvidia is going to defend its business in Washington, D.C., as its AI chip business draws increased scrutiny.
