an all time low . It's not exactly a shock, as this is the tail end of the middle season (“episode”) of the year and post-Final Shape, the conclusion of a ten year arc. But a nightly peak of 22,000 players is…especially bad. As ever, the “answer” here to get players interested in Destiny again is supposedly Destiny 3, something conveyed by the game's big content creators and average fans alike. It's true, as in, if a Destiny 3 existed it would be a big “moment” for players to return to the series or hop on for the first time. But at this point, I think we need to acknowledge that we are living in a dream world if we think that's going to happen any time in the foreseeable future. In terms of current plans, future plans and the state of Bungie, Destiny 3 actually existing any time this decade is just a dream.
