Dishoom Liz and Max Haarala Hamilton These classic London restaurants have overhauled their menus, giving guests another reason to return. Casa Cruz Nestled in a residential, leafy area of Holland Park on the border of Notting Hill, the ten-year-old Casa Cruz has had a luxurious revamp under the guidance of newly crowned Head Chef Jacob Rowley, whose résumé includes stints at Hampshire's award-winning Oakley Hall. The sophisticated, sexy Casa Cruz also has a location in New York, but London is the spot to visit at the moment with a new menu of Argentinian-inspired dishes with a modern European twist. Among the new offerings is hand-picked day-boat crab served with brioche French toast; local lobster pappardelle; and ultra-tender lamb shank, braised in a sweet madeira and apricot sauce. The chic copper-clad interiors of this Victorian-era townhouse amplify the dining experience, creating a cozy but elegant ambiance (plus there's an upstairs terrace to enjoy in the warmer month
