His company, Ebro Automotive, has raised €60 million ($67 million) in two rounds of investments and it has plans for a public offering. Ebro has established a technical partnership with Wuhu, China-based Chery Automobile Co. Chery has invested €400 million ($446 million) in a Barcelona factory to make EV models. That facility is a former Nissan Motor Co. plant. Rouss is one of the founders of Ebro and holds the title of IT and marketing adviser, according to .
