Beverly Hills, California., Nov. 07, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nordicus Partners Corporation (OTCQB: NORD) (“Nordicus” or the “Company”), a financial consulting company specializing in providing Nordic and U.S. life sciences companies with optimal conditions to establish themselves on the U.S. market, today announced that it will effect a 1-for-10 reverse stock split (“Reverse Stock Split”) of its common stock, par value $0.001per share (“Common Stock”), that will become effective at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on November 8, 2024. The Company’s Common Stock will continue to trade on the OTCQB market under the symbol “NORD” and will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis when the OTC market opens on November 8, 2024. The new CUSIP number of the Common Stock following the Reverse Stock Split will be 28265K 304. The Reverse Stock Split was approved by a majority of the Company’s stockholders on June 7, 2024.
