(NASDAQ: NNBR) (“NN” or the “Company”), a global diversified industrial company that engineers and manufactures high-precision components and assemblies, today reported its financial results for the fourth quarter and full-year ended December 31, 2024. Key results for the quarter and full-year ended 2024 include (compared with the fourth quarter and full-year of 2023): Net sales of $106.5 million and $464.3 million, decreased by 5.3% and 5.1%, respectively.Pro forma net sales, adjusted for sale of Lubbock, rationalized business, and other pro forma adjustments, increased by 2.0% and declined by 0.2%, respectively.GAAP earnings per share of $(0.51) and $(1.11), respectively.Adjusted earnings per share of $(0.02) and $(0.17), respectively.Adjusted EBITDA of $12.1 million and $48.3 m
