On a per-share basis, the New York-based company said it had profit of 78 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, were 72 cents per share. The results topped Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 67 cents per share. The real estate investment trust posted revenue of $1.34 billion in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $187.3 million. For the year, the company reported profit of $1 billion, or $1.62 per share.
