Pursuant to the closing of the First Tranche, the Company issued 17,392,958 Units at a price of C$0.10 per Unit for gross proceeds of C$1,739,296. Each Unit comprises one common share (a " Share ") and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (a " Warrant ").
