Inside Annapurna's Austin hub, I'm touring the nerve center of what was once a tiny Israeli chip startup—snapped up by Amazon for $350 million in 2015—that's now powering the tech giant's AI ambitions. I'm led into two gear-filled garages overflowing with circuit boards, server racks, and testing equipment.
