Financial Officer, has decided to retire from the Company, effective December 31, 2025. Scott Kent, Vice President of Finance, will succeed Mr. Oxley as Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2025. Mr. Oxley will transition to serve as a special advisor to the executive team/Board from July 1, 2025 until December 31, 2025, to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
