Several X users called out the misprint on Mattel's Wicked dolls of Glinda (Ariana Grande) and Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo) on November 9. The errant web address listed on the packaging for the Wicked dolls is Wicked.com, which X users discovered is a pornography site. According to a report by NBC's TODAY Tuesday, the dolls are no longer available on Amazon, Target and Walmart. USA Today also reported that the dolls were pulled from shelves. According to Variety , the web address on the Mattel dolls' packaging should have been WickedMovie.com. “Mattel was made aware of a misprint on the packaging of the Mattel ‘Wicked' collection dolls, primarily sold in the U.S., which intended to direct consumers to the official WickedMovie.com landing page,” Mattel said in a statement to Variet y. “We deeply regret this unfortunate error and are taking immediate action to remedy this.
