Steinmeier and Chief Financial Officer Matt Audette should keep the brokerage and investment advisory services company on an even keel, analysts said on Wednesday. After Tuesday's close, LPL Financial ( LPLA ) disclosed that it ousted CEO Dan Arnold for violating the company's commitment to a respectful workplace. "The timing of the executive change is less than fortunate given the ongoing/pending integrations of a number of key additions to LPL's platform (e.g., Atria, Prudential, Wintrust, etc.)," J.P. Morgan analyst Michael Cho wrote in a note to clients. However, the company's stock hasn't plunged. LPLA fell 0.8% in Wednesday midday trading.
