This change becomes effective after the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareowners currently planned for May 2025. Allen will succeed John Larsen, who served as Chairman of the Board since 2019. Larsen retired from the company in his employee capacity as Executive Chair earlier this year after 36 years of service. He will end his board service in May 2025 at the completion of his current term.
