Energy (NASDAQ: LITM) ("Snow Lake" or the "Company"), a uranium exploration company, today announced the pricing of a best efforts public offering of 15,750,000 common shares at a public offering price of $0.41 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately $6.45 million, before deducting placement agent fees and offering expenses. All of the common shares are being offered by the Company. The offering is expected to close on December 20, 2024, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering primarily for working capital and general corporate purposes. ThinkEquity is acting as sole placement agent for the offering. The securities will be offered and sold pursuant to a shelf registration statement on Form F-3 (File No. 333-272324), including a base prospectus, filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on June 1, 2023 and declared effective on August 9, 2023.
