ABM announced on its website that it had acquired what it called “a collection of America's oldest and best known bedding machine manufacturers, such as Gribetz, Porter, and Galkin, which bring over 117 years of manufacturing excellence to ABM.” “The acquisition includes 70 high quality employees, over 100,000 square feet of additional state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, unmatched engineering capabilities, and top-notch service and support,” ABM announced. “After competing for over 78 years, these manufacturers combine to create a powerhouse of engineering and machine manufacturing expertise.
