Fourth Quarter 2024 Financial Summary vs. Year-Ago Quarter Revenue was $2.8 million compared to $3.5 million . The fourth quarter of 2024 included approximately $2.6 million in revenue from the Company's beverages segment compared to approximately $3.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2023. The Company also generated $0.2 million in revenue from the Cannabis (THC) segment compared to approximately $0.4 million in the fourth quarter of 2023. Net loss was $4.6 million , or per share, compared to a net loss of $1.5 million , or per share. Adjusted EBITDA was $(4.4) million compared to $(1.4) million . The fourth quarter of 2024 included an aggregate of approximately $1.7 million in litigation costs and inventory write-downs, which we believe are one-time expenses.
