Ahold Delhaize USA has named Ann Dozier as its new chief information officer. Dozier will oversee all aspects of IT for Ahold's U.S. businesses, with a focus on Ahold Delhaize USA brands' omnichannel businesses as well as the company's “Growing Together” strategy, Ahold said in a press release. Parent company Ahold Delhaize's “Growing Together” campaign outlines key plans and ambitions towards 2028, which include outperforming the traditional grocery market and achieving a 4% net sales compound annual growth rate. On the tech side, the initiative calls for an increase of omnichannel loyalty sales penetration to over 80% by 2028, targeting 30 million monthly users. Prior to joining Ahold Delhaize USA, Dozier served as senior vice president, chief information and technology officer, for Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits.
