In This Article KKPNF KKPNY Koninklijke KPN N.V. Royal KPN N.V. (KPN) and ABP announce the closing of the transaction to create a new, open Tower Company. Following signing on 5 June 2024 and the approval of the Dutch Authority for Consumers & Markets on 6 February 2025, the joint venture named “Althio” ( www.althio.nl ) will start its operations as per today. This strategic partnership is in line with KPN's ‘Connect, Activate & Grow' strategy to optimize the value of its passive infrastructure assets and retain strategic flexibility.
