Humble has been appointed President and CEO of the Company's dealer-focused auto warranty businesses, Preferred Warranties, Inc. (PWI) and Penn Warranty Corporation (Penn Warranty), effective immediately. Mr. Humble will lead both PWI and Penn Warranty within Kingsway's Extended Warranty segment.
