NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Former Attorney General of Louisiana Charles C. Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC (“KSF”) are investigating the proposed sale of Nordstrom, Inc. (NYSE: JWN) to Erik, Pete, Jamie Nordstrom and other members of the Nordstrom family (collectively, the “Nordstrom Family”) and El Puerto de Liverpool, S.A.B. de C.V.
