today that its subsidiary Janus Henderson US (Holdings) Inc. (the "Issuer") has extended its offer to the holders of the $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.450% Senior Notes due 2034 (the " Notes "), to exchange the Notes (the " Exchange Offer ") for a like principal amount of new Notes with substantially identical terms other than that such new notes have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The Exchange Offer, which had been scheduled to expire on March 25, 2025 at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, will now expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on March 26, 2025, unless further extended by the Issuer. The Exchange Offer is being extended in order to provide the holders of the Notes who have not yet tendered their Notes for exchange additional time to do so.
