) to Buy from Neutral on expectations that the retail REIT will acquire more properties that will allow it to grow in the resilient Sunbelt grocery-anchored retail sector. "We believe IVT's recent equity offering signals a willingness to pursue external growth opportunities and expect IVT to be able to fund accretive acquisitions of defensive, high-quality grocery anchored centers," analyst Jeffrey Spector wrote in a note to clients. The analyst expects InvenTrust ( IVT ) to accelerate its acquisition pace through 2025. "External growth drives our 2025 FFO growth forecast of 6.7% vs strip average of 3.9%," Spector said.
