(NYSE: ITT) today announced the nomination of Douglas DelGrosso for election to its Board of Directors at the company’s upcoming 2025 annual meeting of shareholders. Mr. DelGrosso served as president and chief executive officer of Adient plc (NYSE: ADNT), a global engineering and manufacturing company with operations in 29 countries, from October 2018 until his retirement in December 2023.“Over the last several years, the ITT Board has deliberately pursued a refreshment strategy to add seasoned operations executives to our Board with advanced expertise and skills.
