Spells worked for Citi, where he oversaw the coverage of UK mid-cap firms as a managing director in the UK Investment Banking group. He will play a crucial part in improving client relationships, finding and executing deals across sectors, and providing public and private businesses with access to Investec's whole range of advisory services. Having spent over two decades advising clients on a range of public and private M&A, strategic consulting, and finance related transactions, Spells will offer a great deal of expertise and insight to the Investec platform.
