IGR: Protect Your Wealth And Earn A Nice Yield Summary Real estate is a good asset to own due to the fact that it produces income and provides you with a certain degree of wealth preservation. IGR is a well-diversified real estate fund that invests in real estate companies from all around the world. The fund has lower exposure to the United States than most global funds and it does not have a high level of exposure to any single asset. There are reasons to expect that the money supply will continue to increase dramatically going forward due to federal spending and interest rates, stoking inflation. The fund offers an attractive yield and currently trades at an enormous discount to net asset value.
