In this role, Anderson will lead the firm's learning and development approach, driving initiatives that align with Baker Tilly's strategy and the firm's purpose of unleashing and amplifying talent. Reporting to Chief People Officer Amy Ward, Anderson will be critical in advancing Baker Tilly's talent development efforts and supporting the firm's growth by delivering innovative learning solutions to meet the organization's unique and evolving needs.
