BROCKTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HarborOne Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company” or “HarborOne”) (NASDAQ: HONE), the holding company for HarborOne Bank (the “Bank”), announced net income of $8.9 million, or $0.21 per diluted share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2024, an increase of $5.0 million, or 126.5%, compared to net income of $3.9 million, or $0.10 per diluted share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2024. The Company reported net income of $27.4 million, or $0.66 per diluted share, for the year ended December 31, 2024, compared to net income of $16.1 million, or $0.37 per diluted share, for the prior year.Fourth Quarter Financial Highlights:Net income of $8.9 million, or $0.21 per diluted share, partially driven by a $546,000 release of tax reserve for uncertain tax positions that were resolved.
