NEW YORK April 1, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Crestview Partners ("Crestview"), a leading private equity firm founded in 2004, announced the successful close of a continuation fund that includes two Crestview Partners III, L.P. ("Fund III") investments, VA Capital Company LLC ("Venerable") and ATC Drivetrain Investors L.P. / ATC Drivetrain Group LLC (collectively, "ATC"), with nearly $600 million of commitments.
