announced the sale of Atomic Transport ("Atomic"), a leading provider of specialized waste management services based in Chattanooga, Tenn. Atomic had been a portfolio investment of Comvest Credit Opportunities, Comvest's opportunistic credit strategy, since 2021. Atomic provides long-haul waste transport and transfer station management services to waste management companies nationwide. Since its formation in 2015, Atomic has expanded its operations to 30 customer waste terminals across 19 states, providing highly tailored solutions to transport municipal solid, liquid and construction and demolition waste from waste transfer stations to landfills.
