But according to Wahlberg's description, this isn't going to be your average, ordinary fitness center. On Thursday morning, Howard Hughes Holdings Inc., the developer of the Summerlin master planned community, announced a new lease for Wahlberg's MUNICIPAL GYM powered by EoS Fitness at Downtown Summerlin. Wahlberg , a Summerlin resident, is known for being committed to fitness, so it should come as no surprise that he's about to embark on a new business venture - MUNICIPAL GYM. The 32,064-square-foot facility will be located in the former Bed Bath & Beyond space on Summa Drive in Downtown Summerlin and is expected to open by 2026. According to a press release, MUNICIPAL GYM Co-Chairman, President and CEO Manzo Hodge said this fitness center "will take the gym industry by storm."
