WINSTON-SALEM, N.C--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HanesBrands (NYSE: HBI) today announced that it has successfully priced its senior secured term loan B facility in an aggregate principal amount of $1.1 billion (the “Term Loan B”) to replace the Company’s existing $300 million Term Loan B due 2030 (the “Existing Term Loan B”). The Term Loan B will mature seven years after the date of closing, which is expected to occur in the next few weeks. The Term Loan B priced at SOFR + 275 basis points with an OID of 99 3/4. Additionally, HanesBrands announced a $750 million senior secured revolving credit facility (the “Revolver”) due 2030 to replace the Company’s existing $1.0 billion senior secured revolving credit due 2026 and a $400M Term Loan A facility (the “Term Loan A”) due 2030 to replace the Company’s existing $403 million term loan A due 2026 (the “Existing Term Loan A”).
