LAS VEGAS, Nov. 13, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS), a diversified holding company (“Hyperscale Data,” or the “Company”), previously announced on November 6, 2024 that it plans to issue a special one-time dividend (the “Distribution”) of a newly designated 10% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (the “Series E Preferred Stock”) to all common stockholders and holders of the Series C Convertible Preferred on an as-converted basis. The Company hereby announces that the record date for the Distribution has been set for November 26, 2024. Stockholders who own the Company’s stock at the close of trading on that date will be eligible to receive the shares of Series E Preferred Stock. Further, the Company has set a payment date of December 9, 2024, subject to adjustment.
