SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Genasys Inc. (NASDAQ: GNSS), the global leader in Protective Communications, today announced that pursuant to a recently signed cooperation agreement, R. Rimmy Malhotra (“Rimmy”) has been appointed to the Board of Directors, effective January 15, 2025.
