The Canadian private equity firm is walking away on disagreement on the company's value, Bloomberg said, citing unidentified sources. Brookfield said in September it was interested in launching a takeover bid jointly with the Grifols family, pending successful completion of due diligence. Grifols shares were down 6.8% at 0817 GMT.
