Graham’s current fiscal year ends March 31, 2020 (“fiscal 2020”).Net sales in the third quarter of fiscal 2020 were $25.3 million compared with $17.2 million in the third quarter of the fiscal year ended March 31, 2019 (“fiscal 2019”). This year’s third quarter net income and earnings per share (“EPS”) were breakeven. Last year’s third quarter net income and EPS were $0.1 million and $0.01, respectively.
