Recent Corporate Highlights Net-Zero 1 (“NZ1”): The U.S. Department of Energy (“DOE”) loan guarantee process is progressing as expected, targeting a financial close by the end of 2024. The Company spent $22.8 million on development expense in the first half of 2024, and now estimates that the remaining development spend needed to achieve financial close will be less than the previous projected range of $90.0 – $125.0 million to be spent on NZ1 between January 2024 and the financial close of NZ1.
