EL MONTE, Calif., March 03, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GigaCloud Technology Inc (Nasdaq: GCT) (“GigaCloud” or the “Company”), a pioneer of global end-to-end B2B ecommerce technology solutions for large parcel merchandise, today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, including a milestone achievement of surpassing $1 billion in total annual revenues for the first time in 2024, and continued robust growth in GigaCloud Marketplace GMV. Fourth Quarter 2024 Financial Highlights Total revenues of $295.8 million, increased 20.9% year-over-year. Gross profit of $65.0 million, decreased 6.9% year-over-year. Gross margin was 22.0%, compared to 28.5% in the fourth quarter of 2023. Net income of $31.0 million, decreased 12.9% year-over-year.
