Lipke joined Farmers in 2021 following the merger with Cortland Bancorp. Most recently, Lipke served as Director of Commercial Credit Administration for Farmers, managing a credit team responsible for a loan portfolio of more than $2 billion. In his new role as Chief Credit Officer, the Bank's commercial credit, loan operations, and special assets departments will report to Lipke. Lipke has over 25 years of experience in banking and financial services and has served in several credit and commercial team leader roles throughout Northeast Ohio and Western PA. He holds a bachelor's degree from Duquesne University as well as an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
