IRVING, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR) announced today that it has received a letter of intent from one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical makers to provide engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services for its Lebanon, Indiana, mega-project.
