LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (Nasdaq: FFIE) (“FF”, “Faraday Future”, or “Company”), a California-based global shared intelligent electric mobility ecosystem company, today announced that its Global CEO, Matthias Aydt, and Founder and Chief Product and User Ecosystem Officer of FF, YT Jia, purchased shares of the Company’s Class A common stock in September, in an aggregate amount of 10,455 shares for $35,799 (consisting of 5,313 shares for $18,192 for Mr. Aydt, and 5,142 shares for $17,606 for Mr. Jia).These stock purchases were made pursuant to the previously disclosed Salary Deduction and Stock Purchase Agreements.
